Rose Carmen - Rugosa Rose

A hard to source rugosa rose, Rosa Carmen has single velvet red flowers with striking gold stamens. It does ok on poor dry soil and the growth is rather compact for a rugosa.  Fragrant. Repeat flowering. Height & Spread: 4ft x 4ft
